Monday, September 20 ~ Medaille College's Business Leadership Series - Session 1 Presenter: William Weeks Clinical Associate Professor and Chair, Management and Leadership Program, Medaille College. William Weeks teaches at the Amherst Campus, with interests in systems thinking, statistics, organizational behavior and change, and organizational leadership, and in the philosophy of C.I. Lewis. He began teaching at Medaille in 1997 as an adjunct instructor and accepted a full time faculty position as an assistant professor in January 2001. Weeks brings many years of quality management and statistical training experience and organizational leadership and development experience in the thirty years that he worked for the General Motors Powertrain Division.. He co-authored a corporate document on statistical capability analysis, which was used throughout the Powertrain Division of General Motors. While at Powertrain, Weeks had the opportunity to study, along with other Powertrain statistical personnel, under Dr. W. Edwards Deming and to eventually facilitate all Dr. Deming’s four day seminars. Weeks also has ten years of corporate training and consulting experience. He has provided training/consulting to the Bethlehem Steel 13” Bar Mill, Buffalo Specialty Products, O-Cel-O Sponge, Inc., Snyder Tank Corporation, Wilson Greatbatch, LTD, American Rubber Products Corporation, North American Carbide, and Sherwood Harsco Corporation, and recently consulted, pro bono, with Pure Oxygen on its strategic growth plan Tuesday, October 5 ~ Toastmasters Speech Contest Friday, October 15 ~ BN360 Happy Hour Thursday, October 21 ~ Execs Connect Thursday, November 4 ~ 21st Annual ATHENA Award Ceremony The ATHENA Award® honors an individual in our community who has attained and personifies the highest level of professional excellence, demonstrates support for the goals of women professionals, and provides significant and selfless assistance on their behalf. This award is dedicated to promoting and honoring the valuable contributions being made to advance the status of women in the Buffalo Niagara region.

Monday, November 15 ~ Medaille College's Business Leadership Series - Session 2 All BN360 members, guests, and Medaille College students are welcome to attend this series highlighting different business leadership topics.
